1. Go to ​​WesternUnion.com  and find an agent near you, perhaps near the Post Office.

2. Sender is required to bring government issued photo ID and cash, providing the first and last name of the recipient. "John Ott"

3. In addition to the amount one is sending one must pay transfer fees.

4. Destination to send funds: Western Union, Israel Postal Bank, 22 Beit Ha Kerem, Jerusalem 9634346.

5. A tracking control number of transfer online will be given to you by Western Union. 

6. Email johnjott@gmail.com the name of sender and control number.

7. Recipient "Otts" pick up the cash at Western Union.
